She was born and raised in Paterson, NJ and currently resides Upstate, NY.  Nelisha is a wife, mother of three amazing children and a grandmother to one precious baby girl.  Nelisha lost her middle son to cancer at the age of 19 in 2020 and created a clothing brand in his memory named I’m Now Born New. Nelisha has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training and is considering continuing her education to receive her Doctorate degree in Leadership. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
